Angel is a structure specializing in the creation of business plans and supporting entrepreneurs. It provides a platform dedicated to the formalization of business plans and offers personalized coaching services. The services offered by Angel are enriched by numerous resources, such as blog articles, videos and customizable documents.
An intuitive online platform
To develop your business plan, you can access the angel-start.com platform, which is divided into several sections:
- Plan: this space allows you to build your business plan by completing different sections such as the project leader, the offer, the state of the market, partners, competition, marketing, etc. Advice, in the form of texts or videos, guides you in completing each section.
- Budget: this tab offers you the possibility of making an estimate of your turnover, of integrating the necessary investments, operating costs, as well as your various sources of financing. A dashboard summarizes your budget and illustrates the profitability of your project over 3 or 5 years.
- Action: This section contains a list of actions to take before starting your activity. You can also download your forecasts in Excel format and your business plan in PDF.
- CSR: this tab evaluates the social and ecological impact of your project.
A live business plan
Every week, Angel supports a project leader in carrying out their business plan, live on YouTube, for 90 minutes. The project leader can choose to be a simple spectator and therefore attend the creation of their business plan by the Angel specialist, or to actively participate in the live event. A telephone interview is organized beforehand to define the contours of the project and set the date of the live. To participate, simply fill out the form on the Angel website.
Coaching to go further in your project
In addition to the platform and live business plan sessions, Angel offers coaching sessions to optimize your project. You will have the opportunity to challenge your concept and learn how to effectively target your audience. These sessions, beyond the development of the business plan, deal with the implementation of commercial and marketing strategies, the choice of partners, market analysis, the creation of personas or even the structuring of the 'offer. The program is flexible and adapts to the specific needs of each project.
